Top operative Dick Dastard has some top secret information, and spies Rogue & Nyxon want him to tell them what it is. They bring him into their lair already stripped down, and place his hands into some leather cuffs. The remove his ballgag & blindfold, and immediately begin to interrogate him. Dick maintains that he doesn’t know anything, so Nyxon & Rogue start to tickle him to get him to loosen up a bit. They try all sorts of tickle tactics, and even try a bit of tease & denial. But Dick was trained well & keeps his mouth shut, causing both Nyxon & Rogue to leave him tied up while they regroup.
