Club Stiletto FemDom – Policy My Ass… or should I say your Balls, Steve

This scene opens with Lady Bellatrix and Ms Sinstress confronting HR assistant Stephanie about a file that contains a complaint about them wearing skirts 1″ shorter than government compliance. Stephanie cries and says she does not have authority to share that information and only Steve, head of HR, can do so. They say they will have to beat it out of Steve. The word has gone around the studio that Steve is a soft touch when confronted by dominant women, which they all are, but Steve is facing pressure with no reports after months of being on the job so they might have their work cut out for them.
