A test of breath and endurance. Victim is strapped down to a bed or bench and made to endure 10 minutes of smothering. Any attempt to get air or excessive struggling is punished with a headscissor, before resuming the smothering.

All breath restricting smothers are legal – facesitting (any position), breast smother, hand over mouth, etc. If victim taps or makes any attempt to get air, the smother is released and a headscissor is applied with the goal of a submission which will result in 1 point. After the submission, the game repeats and is continued until the timer expires. To “win” the model must earn 5 or more points in the time limit.
