I don’t think anyone expected this! After a break of a year and a half, Adell wrote to me shyly; “I will be in your city soon, wouldn’t you have something interesting for me” ?
I wrote back: “of course, My dear Adell, for you there is always a place in my project”. 🙂
This time in the session, we mainly focused on the very difficult task of toes bastinado. I used the same tool that I use for the “classic bastinado” – a bamboo stick. Adell was absolutely in shape, not “rusty” despite 18 months of separation from real foot pain. We also completed the whole session with a classic bastinado strokes, including the new “one minute non-stop bastinado” challenge, the details of which you can find out by watching this clip.
